Poth Pirates (Poth, TX) fans left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Rockport-Fulton Pirates (Rockport, TX), 5-3 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Poth advances its record to 9-2 on the season. The Pirates travel to New Braunfels Christian Academy (New Braunfels, TX) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 11. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 4-1.

The Pirates now have a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santa Gertrudis Academy for a non-league match on Saturday, March 8. Rockport-Fulton will battle a Lions squad coming off a 14-2 non-league win over Incarnate Word Academy (Corpus Christi, TX). The Lions record now stands at 4-6.
