In Saturday's non-league battle, the host New Town basketball squad scored a nice 48-37 victory over the McDonough Rams.

With the victory, New Town advances its record to 26-1 on the year. The travel to Middletown (Middletown, MD) to meet the Knights in a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 11. The Knights enter the battle with a record of 21-10. Middletown won 57-51 in their recent non-league battle against Kent Island (Stevensville, MD)

The Rams now own a 16-11 record.
