In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Great Oak Wolfpack volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Cathedral City Lions.

The Wolfpack (13-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Liberty (Winchester, CA). The Bison come into the non-league challenge with a 7-5 record. In their last challenge, Liberty lost by Yucaipa (Yucaipa, CA), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lions play the Indio Rajahs (Indio, CA) in a Desert Valley challenge, on Tuesday, March 11. Cathedral City will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Rajahs come into the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Coachella Valley (Thermal, CA).
