The Shelby County Rockets lacrosse squad scored 5 points and limited the host Ryle Raiders to 4 in the Rockets non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Rockets now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cooper for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 11. Shelby County will clash with a Jaguars squad coming off a 10-8 non-league loss to Lafayette (Lexington, KY). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Ryle falls to 0-1 on the year. The Raiders host Lexington Catholic (Lexington, KY) to clash with the Knights in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 11.
