Alabama High School Softball - Cherokee County bounces Spring Garden
March 8, 2025: Centre, AL 35960 The Cherokee County Warriors softball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Spring Garden Panthers to 1 in the Warriors non-league win on Saturday.
The Warriors now possess a 10-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Alexandria for a non-league battle on Monday, March 10. Cherokee County will confront a Valley Cubs team coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Sardis (Boaz, AL). The Valley Cubs record now stands at 7-3.
With the loss, Spring Garden moves to 2-3 on the season. The Panthers host Faith Christian (Anniston, AL) to confront the Lions in a 1A Area 12 battle on Monday, March 10. The Lions come into the battle with a record of 0-0.
