March 8, 2025: Winnfield, LA 71483 The Winnfield Tigers triumphed over the visiting Port Barre Red Devils softball squad by a count of 16-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers play the Church Point Bears (Church Point, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 10. Winnfield will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Bears enter the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 15-8 non-league loss to Doyle (Livingston, LA).
The Red Devils (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Edmund (Eunice, LA). The Fighting Blue Jays enter the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, St. Edmund was routed by Pine Prairie (Pine Prairie, LA), 19-0, in a non-league challenge.
