South Carolina High School Baseball - Greer holds off West-Oak
March 9, 2023: Westminster, SC 29693 Greer Yellow Jackets (Greer, SC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host West-Oak Warriors (Westminster, SC), 9-5 in a non-league test.
With the win, Greer upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Yellow Jackets host Palmetto (Williamston, SC) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league test on Friday, March 10. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 1-1. Palmetto lost 6-3 in their recent non-league test against Greer (Greer, SC)
With the defeat, West-Oak falls to 0-3 on the season. The Warriors host Walhalla (Walhalla, SC) to battle the Razorbacks in a 3A Region 1 test on Tuesday, March 28. The Razorbacks come into the test with a record of 1-2.
