March 9, 2023: Barnard, MO 64423 South Iron Panthers (Annapolis, MO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Platte Valley co-op [South Nodaway/Jefferson] (Barnard, MO), 65-49 in a non-league bout.
With the win, South Iron upgrades its record to 21-4 on the season. The Panthers travel to St. Elizabeth (St. Elizabeth, MO) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Friday, March 10. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 21-10. St. Elizabeth won 60-52 in their recent non-league bout against Glasgow (Glasgow, MO)
