California High School Volleyball - Esperanza over El Modena
March 9, 2023: Orange, CA 92869 Esperanza Aztecs (Anaheim, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host El Modena Vanguards (Orange, CA), 3-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Aztecs clash with the Brea Olinda Wildcats (Brea, CA) in a North Hills match, on Tuesday, March 14. Esperanza will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the match with a 1-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Fullerton (Fullerton, CA).
With the loss, El Modena drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Vanguards travel to Valencia (Placentia, CA) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league match on Saturday, March 11. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 3-6. Valencia won 3-1 in their recent non-league match against La Habra (La Habra, CA)
