The Sun Valley (Monroe, NC) varsity lacrosse team lost Thursday's home non-conference game against Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC) by a score of 18-6.
In Thursday's non-league test, the visiting Lake Norman Charter Knights lacrosse squad scored a good 18-6 victory over the Sun Valley Spartans.
The Knights now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hough for a Greater Metro/Queen City/Catawba Shores/S Piedmont test on Monday, March 13. Lake Norman Charter will face a Huskies squad coming off a 20-0 league win over Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 3-2.
In their next game, the Spartans face the Marvin Ridge Mavericks (Waxhaw, NC) in a Southern Carolina/Rocky River test, on Thursday, March 16. Sun Valley will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record.
