South Carolina High School Softball - Crescent bounces Dixie
March 9, 2023: Iva, SC 29655 Crescent Tigers (Iva, SC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Dixie Hornets (Due West, SC), 11-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Woodmont for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 10.
With the loss, Dixie falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Calhoun Falls Charter (Calhoun Falls, SC) to face the Blue Flashes in a A Region 2 challenge on Tuesday, March 14. The Blue Flashes enter the challenge with a record of 0-2. Calhoun Falls Charter lost 26-1 in their recent league challenge against Whitmire (Whitmire, SC)
