Killdeer Cowboys (Killdeer, ND) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Stanley Blue Jays (Stanley, ND), 61-59 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Killdeer upgrades its record to 16-9 on the season. The Cowboys travel to Kindred (Kindred, ND) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league bout on Thursday, March 14. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 22-1. Kindred won 65-50 in their recent league bout against Wahpeton (Wahpeton, ND)
