Texico Wolverines (Texico, NM) supporters were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad wallop the visiting Menaul Panthers (Albuquerque, NM), 69-48 in a non-league challenge.

With the victory, Texico improves its record to 16-11 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Tularosa (Tularosa, NM) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 13. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 23-4. Tularosa won 60-49 in their recent non-league challenge against McCurdy (Espanola, NM)
