Alabama High School Soccer - Chattooga overwhelmed by Etowah
March 10, 2023: Attalla, AL 35954 The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the Etowah Blue Devils (Attalla, AL) and the visiting Chattooga Indians (Summerville, GA), saw Etowah's soccer squad triumph over Chattooga by a margin of 7-2.
The Blue Devils now sport a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to St. Clair County for a non-league test on Thursday, March 16. Etowah will meet a Fighting Saints squad coming off a 12-2 league loss to Douglas (Douglas, AL). The Fighting Saints record now stands at 0-8.
With the loss, Chattooga drops to 0-4 on the season. The Indians travel to Lookout Valley (Chattanooga, TN) to meet the Yellowjackets in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 14. The Yellowjackets come into the test with a record of 0-1. Lookout Valley lost 9-0 in their recent non-league test against St. Andrews-Sewanee (Sewanee, TN)
