California High School Baseball - Porterville prevails Firebaugh
March 10, 2025: Porterville, CA 93257 The Porterville Panthers baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Firebaugh Eagles to 6 in the Panthers non-league win on Monday.
The Panthers now own a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clovis West for a non-league test on Thursday, March 13. Porterville will clash with a Golden Eagles team coming off a 9-1 non-league win over Arroyo Grande (Arroyo Grande, CA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 2-0.
With the defeat, Firebaugh drops to 0-5 on the year. The Eagles host Madera South (Madera, CA) to clash with the Stallions in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 12. The Stallions go into the test with a record of 1-4. Madera South lost 7-0 in their recent non-league test against Yosemite (Oakhurst, CA)
