The South Mecklenburg Sabres volleyball squad (Charlotte, NC), was defeated 3-0 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC)

With the win, Hough improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Huskies host Christ the King (Huntersville, NC) to encounter the Crusaders in a non-league battle on Thursday, March 13. The Crusaders go into the battle with a record of 2-0. Christ the King won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against East Lincoln (Denver, NC)

The Sabres now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Olympic for a battle on Wednesday, March 12. South Mecklenburg will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Kingdom Leadership Academy (Fort Mill, SC). The Trojans record now stands at 0-2.
