The L.W. Higgins Hurricanes triumphed over the host West St. John Rams softball squad by a count of 16-6 in Monday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Hurricanes play the St. Mary's Academy Cougars (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 11. L.W. Higgins will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
