March 10, 2025: Piedmont, AL 36272 The Oxford Yellow Jackets triumphed over the host Piedmont Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 18-1 in Monday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Yellow Jackets meet the Southside Panthers (Gadsden, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 11. Oxford will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 5-7 record after their 11-10 non-league loss to Boaz (Boaz, AL).
The Bulldogs (1-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Ohatchee (Ohatchee, AL). The Indians enter the non-league challenge with a 12-5 record. In their last challenge, Ohatchee was routed by Lincoln (Lincoln, AL), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
