Fisher Gators (Lafitte, LA) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host South Plaquemines Hurricanes (Buras, LA), 12-6 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Fisher advances its record to 12-3 on the season. The Gators host Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy (Kenner, LA) to play the Swamp Owls in a non-league game on Saturday, March 14. The Swamp Owls go into the game with a record of 6-9. Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy lost 4-0 in their recent league game against Archbishop Shaw (Marrero, LA)

Next, the Hurricanes play the A.J. Ellender Patriots (Houma, LA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 12. South Plaquemines will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Patriots go into the test with a 7-7 record after their 5-4 non-league win over L.W. Higgins (Marrero, LA).
