Alabama High School Soccer - West Morgan overwhelmed by East Limestone
March 11, 2021: Athens, AL 35613 The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the East Limestone Indians (Athens, AL) and the visiting West Morgan Rebels (Trinity, AL), saw East Limestone's soccer squad triumph over West Morgan by a count of 6-0.
The Indians now hold a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Hartselle for a non-league test on Friday, March 12. East Limestone will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Athens (Athens, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 3-5.
With the loss, West Morgan drops to 2-3 on the season. The Rebels travel to Lawrence County (Moulton, AL) to meet the Red Devils in a 4A-5A Area 14 test on Friday, March 12. The Red Devils come into the test with a record of 1-4. Lawrence County lost 1-0 in their recent league test against Russellville (Russellville, AL)
