The Ariton Purple Cats routed the visiting Geneva County Bulldogs softball squad by a final score of 15-0 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Purple Cats (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against Zion Chapel (Jack, AL). The Rebels go into the 2A Area 3 battle with a 1-6 record.
