Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes (Missouri City, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Angleton Wildcats (Angleton, TX), 10-9 in a league test.

With the win, Fort Bend Hightower upgrades its record to 11-0 on the season. The Hurricanes travel to Alief Taylor (Houston, TX) to battle the Lions in a non-league test on Saturday, March 12. The Lions come into the test with a record of 1-10. Alief Taylor lost 12-2 in their recent non-league test against Westbury (Houston, TX)

With the defeat, Angleton falls to 2-9 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Pasadena (Pasadena, TX) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Saturday, March 12.
