In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Sunnyvale baseball team scored a tight 12-11 victory over the Canton Eagles.

The (6-4) will now prepare for their game against Farmersville (Farmersville, TX). The Farmers go into the 4A Region II District 13 game with a 0-2 record.
