March 11, 2023: Manhattan Beach, CA 90266 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Mira Costa Mustangs (Manhattan Beach, CA) and the visiting Carlsbad Lancers (Carlsbad, CA), saw Mira Costa's lacrosse team achieve victory over Carlsbad by a margin of 15-10.
The Mustangs (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Santa Margarita (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Santa Margarita was overwhelmed by Cathedral Catholic (San Diego, CA), 17-10, in a non-league challenge.
The Lancers (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA). The Sea Kings enter the non-league challenge with a 8-1 record. In their last challenge, Palos Verdes edged Mira Costa (Manhattan Beach, CA), 9-8, in a league challenge.
