March 11, 2024: Canton, GA 30115 Kell Longhorns (Marietta, GA) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Creekview Grizzlies (Canton, GA), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Longhorns face the North Springs Spartans (Atlanta, GA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, March 13. Kell will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 6-0 league loss to Centennial (Roswell, GA).
The Grizzlies now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cambridge for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 13. Creekview will face a Bears team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over River Ridge (Woodstock, GA). The Bears record now stands at 3-1.
