The Grimsley Whirlies (Greensboro, NC) lacrosse tipped the visiting Southeast Guilford Falcons (Greensboro, NC), 12-11 in Monday's league outing.

With the win, Grimsley upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Whirlies host Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC) to battle the Hornets in a Metro outing on Tuesday, March 12. The Hornets go into the outing with a record of 5-0. Western Guilford won 17-3 in their recent non-league outing against Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC)
