California High School Softball - Woodbridge bounces Portola
March 11, 2024: Irvine, CA 92604 Spectators at Monday's league match between the Woodbridge Warriors (Irvine, CA) and the visiting Portola Bulldogs (Irvine, CA), witnessed Woodbridge's softball squad prevail over Portola by a count of 16-0.
The Warriors now sport a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Santa Margarita for a non-league match on Wednesday, March 13. Woodbridge will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Mission Viejo (Mission Viejo, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 7-4.
With the loss, Portola moves to 2-7 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Beckman (Irvine, CA) to meet the Patriots in a Pacific Coast match on Wednesday, March 13.
