Marshall Academy Patriots (Holly Springs, MS) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host DeSoto Thunderbirds (West Helena, AR), 10-2 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Marshall Academy advances its record to 7-6 on the season. The Patriots travel to Houston Christian (Houston, TX) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 11. The Mustangs come into the match with a record of 4-7. Houston Christian won 10-3 in their recent non-league match against Cypress Christian (Houston, TX)
