Alabama High School Softball - Buckhorn bounces Gallatin
March 11, 2025: New Market, AL 35761 The Buckhorn Bucks (New Market, AL) softball routed the visiting Gallatin Green Wave (Gallatin, TN), 18-2 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
The Bucks now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Walker Valley for a non-league outing on Wednesday, March 12. Buckhorn will encounter a Mustangs team coming off a 10-1 non-league win over Madison County (Gurley, AL). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-1.
With the loss, Gallatin moves to 3-3 on the campaign. The Green wave host Beech (Hendersonville, TN) to meet the Buccaneers in a 4A District 12 challenge on Tuesday, March 18. The Buccaneers go into the challenge with a record of 0-4. Beech lost 8-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Anderson County (Clinton, TN)
