The Lake Minneola Hawks tipped the host Forest Wildcats lacrosse team by a score of 9-8 in Friday's non-league match.

With the win, Lake Minneola upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Hawks travel to Jones (Orlando, FL) to play the Fightin' Tigers in a non-league match on Wednesday, March 24. The Fightin' Tigers go into the match with a record of 0-6.

With the defeat, Forest drops to 4-2 on the season. The Wildcats host East Ridge (Clermont, FL) to play the Knights in a 2A D2 match on Monday, March 22. The Knights go into the match with a record of 8-1. East Ridge won 21-8 in their recent non-league match against Celebration (Celebration, FL)
