In Saturday's non-league battle, the host La Serna Lancers volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Katella Knights.

The Lancers (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against Norwalk (Norwalk, CA). The Lancers come into the non-league battle with a 0-4 record. In their last battle, Norwalk was edged by Whittier (Whittier, CA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
