March 12, 2022: San Francisco, CA 94116 The Moreau Catholic Mariners volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host St. Ignatius Wildcats to 0 in the Mariners non-league victory on Saturday.
The Mariners now have a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mission San Jose for a Mission Valley game on Tuesday, March 15. Moreau Catholic will meet a Warriors team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 4-3.
The Wildcats (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Serra (San Mateo, CA). The Padres enter the WCAL game with a 4-6 record. In their last game, Serra dropped by Monta Vista (Cupertino, CA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
