South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Berry Cardinal (Charlotte, NC), 20-1 in a league test.

With the win, South Mecklenburg upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Sabres host East Lincoln (Denver, NC) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 13. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 6-0. East Lincoln won 17-3 in their recent league test against Statesville (Statesville, NC)

With the defeat, Berry falls to 0-7 on the season. The Cardinal travel to South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC) to battle the Sabres in a So Meck 4A test on Thursday, March 14. The Sabres come into the test with a record of 6-0. South Mecklenburg won 12-3 in their recent non-league test against East Lincoln (Denver, NC)
