March 12, 2024: Flint, MI 48458 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Old Redford Academy Ravens (Detroit, MI) and the host Beecher Buccaneers (Flint, MI), saw Old Redford Academy's basketball squad hold off Beecher by a tally of 45-44.
With the victory, Old Redford Academy improves its record to 20-8 on the campaign. The Ravens travel to Richard (Riverview, MI) to confront the Pioneers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 14. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a record of 24-3. Richard won 58-44 in their recent non-league challenge against Lumen Christi Catholic (Jackson, MI)
