California High School Volleyball - Vacaville Christian tips Salesian College Preparatory

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Vacaville Christian Falcons (Vacaville, CA) and the visiting Salesian College Preparatory Pride (Richmond, CA), saw Vacaville Christian's volleyball squad nip Salesian College Preparatory by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Vacaville Christian upgrades its record to 6-1 on the year. The Falcons travel to Mira Loma (Sacramento, CA) to play the Matadors in a Golden Empire bout on Wednesday, March 13. The Matadors go into the bout with a record of 5-2. Mira Loma won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Pioneer (Woodland, CA)

The Pride now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Richmond for a Tri-County bout on Friday, March 15. Salesian College Preparatory will play a Oilers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Bethel (Vallejo, CA). The Oilers record now stands at 5-5.
