River Ridge Royal Knights (New Port Richey, FL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Hudson Cobras (Hudson, FL), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, River Ridge upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Royal Knights host Springstead (Spring Hill, FL) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, March 15. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 2-5. Springstead lost 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Hernando (Brooksville, FL)

With the defeat, Hudson falls to 1-3 on the season. The Cobras host Crystal River (Crystal River, FL) to battle the Pirates in a non-league test on Monday, April 1. The Pirates come into the test with a record of 4-2.
