March 12, 2024: Conyers, GA 30013 The Southwest DeKalb Panthers soccer team scored 3 points and limited the host Salem Seminoles to 2 in the Panthers non-league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Panthers face the Clarkston Angoras (Clarkston, GA) in a 4A Area 6 contest, on Tuesday, March 19. Southwest DeKalb will attempt to better on its 2-6 season record. The Angoras enter the contest with a 9-3 record after their 4-0 league loss to Westminster (Atlanta, GA).
The Seminoles now have a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Harlem for a 3A Area 4 contest on Friday, March 15. Salem will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 4-1 league loss to Academy of Richmond County (Augusta, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-4.
