South Carolina High School Softball - Union County bounces Clinton
March 12, 2024: Union, SC 29379 The Union County Yellowjackets (Union, SC) softball routed the visiting Clinton Red Devils (Clinton, SC), 10-1 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Yellowjackets (4-1) will now prepare for their bout against Chester (Chester, SC). The Cyclones go into the AAA Region 4 bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Chester was routed by Woodruff (Woodruff, SC), 7-1, in a league bout.
The Red Devils now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Laurens for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 14. Clinton will confront a Raiders squad coming off a 22-20 league win over Eastside (Taylors, SC). The Raiders record now stands at 4-1.
