In Wednesday's non-league bout, the Hibriten Panthers (Lenoir, NC) baseball squad the visiting Alleghany Trojans (Sparta, NC), by a tally of 12-7.

Next up, the Panthers encounter the West Iredell Warriors (Statesville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, March 13. Hibriten will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Warriors enter the bout with a 2-1 record after their 5-2 league win over North Iredell (Olin, NC).
