North Carolina High School Lacrosse - St. Anne's-Belfield overwhelms Charlotte Catholic
March 12, 2025: Charlotte, NC 28226 The St. Anne's-Belfield Saints (Charlottesville, VA) lacrosse routed the host Charlotte Catholic Cougars (Charlotte, NC), 20-9 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
The Saints now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cannon for a non-league outing on Thursday, March 13. St. Anne's-Belfield will face a Cougars squad coming off a 13-10 non-league win over Greensboro Day School (Greensboro, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Charlotte Catholic falls to 2-3 on the year. The Cougars travel to Myers Park (Charlotte, NC) to face the Mustangs in a Southwestern/So Meck outing on Wednesday, March 19. The Mustangs go into the outing with a record of 2-3. Myers Park won 15-6 in their recent non-league outing against Page (Greensboro, NC)
