March 12, 2025: Augusta, GA 30904 The Aquinas Fightin' Irish soccer squad scored 4 points and held the visiting Alleluia Community Angels to 2 in the Fightin' Irish non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Fightin' Irish now hold a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Hephzibah for a 3A Area 4 bout on Thursday, March 13. Aquinas will play a Rebels squad coming off a 6-0 league loss to West Laurens (Dexter, GA). The Rebels record now stands at 1-8.
With the loss, Alleluia Community moves to 2-2 on the year. The Angels travel to Mead Hall Episcopal School (Aiken, SC) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Monday, March 17. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-4. Mead Hall Episcopal School lost 6-0 in their recent non-league bout against Ridge Spring-Monetta (Monetta, SC)
