The Green Level Gators edged the visiting Millbrook Wildcats softball squad by a count of 13-12 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Gators meet the Panther Creek Catamounts (Cary, NC) in a Southwest Wake 4A challenge, on Thursday, March 13. Green Level will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Catamounts enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 12-10 non-league loss to Leesville Road (Raleigh, NC).

The Wildcats (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Heritage (Wake Forest, NC). The Huskies enter the Northern Athletic 4A challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Heritage edged Apex Friendship (Apex, NC), 12-11, in a non-league challenge.
