March 12, 2025: Metairie, LA 70005 The Ursuline Academy Lions triumphed over the host Metairie Park Country Day Cajuns softball squad by a count of 20-2 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions meet the Newman Greenies (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 17. Ursuline Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Greenies enter the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy (Westwego, LA).
The Cajuns (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Bonnabel (Kenner, LA). The Bruins enter the non-league challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Bonnabel was routed by Newman (New Orleans, LA), 19-0, in a non-league challenge.
