Texas High School Baseball - Austin loses to Argyle
March 13, 2021: Argyle, TX 76226 The Argyle Eagles baseball team scored 49 runs and limited the visiting Austin Maroons to 30 in the Eagles non-league victory on Saturday.
The Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Bridgeport (Bridgeport, TX). The Bulls go into the 4A Region I District 7 match with a 6-7 record. In their last match, Bridgeport was overwhelmed by Burkburnett (Burkburnett, TX), 3-2, in a non-league match.
The Maroons (2-6) will now prepare for their match against Bowie (Austin, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 6A Region IV District 26 match with a 4-2 record. In their last match, Bowie gained a win over Wagner (San Antonio, TX), 19-0, in a non-league match.
