Needles Mustangs (Needles, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Virgin Valley Bulldogs (Mesquite, NV), 7-4 in a non-league test.

With the win, Needles upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Camp Verde (Camp Verde, AZ) to battle the Cowboys in a non-league test on Thursday, March 16. The Cowboys come into the test with a record of 4-5. Camp Verde won 11-4 in their recent non-league test against Blue Ridge (Lakeside, AZ)

With the defeat, Virgin Valley falls to 5-3 on the season. The Bulldogs host Boulder City (Boulder City, NV) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, March 20. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 4-4.
