March 13, 2023: Alameda, CA 94501 The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Encinal Jets (Alameda, CA) and the visiting Mt. Diablo Red Devils (Concord, CA), saw Encinal's volleyball squad beat Mt. Diablo by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Encinal upgrades its record to 3-3 on the year. The Jets host Oakland (Oakland, CA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 14. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 1-7. Oakland lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Deer Valley (Antioch, CA)
The Red Devils now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Clayton Valley Charter for a Diablo - Valley bout on Tuesday, March 14. Mt. Diablo will play a Ugly Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Concord (Concord, CA). The Ugly Eagles record now stands at 6-2.
