The Globe Tigers (Globe, AZ) baseball the host Alchesay Falcons (Whiteriver, AZ), 5-3 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Valley Christian for a 3A Central challenge on Monday, March 17. Globe will clash with a Trojans team coming off a 11-10 non-league win over Perry (Gilbert, AZ). The Trojans record now stands at 6-0.

With the defeat, Alchesay drops to 8-2 on the year. The Falcons travel to Chinle (Chinle, AZ) to clash with the Wildcats in a 3A North challenge on Saturday, March 15. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Chinle won 15-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Pinon (Pinon, AZ)
