The Basic Wolves baseball team scored 6 runs and held the host Corona del Sol Aztecs to 3 in the Wolves non-league win on Thursday.

The Wolves now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Queen Creek for a non-league test on Friday, March 14. Basic will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Brighton (Salt Lake City, UT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-1.

With the defeat, Corona del Sol drops to 4-2 on the year. The Aztecs travel to Catalina Foothills (Tucson, AZ) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league test on Saturday, March 15.
