The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Cleveland Storm (Rio Rancho, NM) and the host Hobbs Eagles (Hobbs, NM), saw Cleveland's baseball team gain a win over Hobbs by a tally of 7-2.

The Storm (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Organ Mountain (Las Cruces, NM). The Knights enter the non-league battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Organ Mountain held off Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM), 6-1, in a non-league battle.
