Arkansas High School Baseball - Springdale holds off Greenland
March 13, 2025: Greenland, AR 72737 The Springdale Bulldogs baseball team scored 14 runs and held the host Greenland Pirates to 10 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now own a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rogers Heritage for a 6A West test on Thursday, March 13. Springdale will clash with a War Eagles team coming off a 12-0 league win over Springdale (Springdale, AR). The War Eagles record now stands at 3-1.
With the defeat, Greenland drops to 5-2 on the year. The Pirates host Elkins (Elkins, AR) to clash with the Elks in a 3A Region 1 test on Monday, March 17. The Elks go into the test with a record of 4-1. Elkins won 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Pea Ridge (Pea Ridge, AR)
